1. Deposit

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of €100 of the total amount is due within 7 days. You will receive our bank details and payment instructions with your booking confirmation by email. Payment for the surf camp services is made directly to Sable Beach House in accordance with their terms and payment conditions.

2. Personal Responsibility & Risk Notice

All Your Dream Camp activities — especially surfing, yoga, hiking, or excursions — are undertaken at your own responsibility. We pay attention to safety, but we accept no liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur during your stay or during any activity. Please honestly assess your physical and mental condition before taking part. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited and may result in exclusion without refund.

3. Travel Insurance

All participants must hold valid travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellations, and all booked activities (e.g. surfing, hiking, etc.). Your Dream Camp is not liable for any costs arising from a lack of insurance coverage.

4. Travel Documents & Visas

Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

The deposit is generally non-refundable. No refund will be given for early departure or no-shows. Should Your Dream Camp need to cancel a trip due to unforeseeable circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your Dream Camp accepts no responsibility for:

• Injuries, damages, losses, costs, or delays resulting from natural events, extreme weather, accidents, war, strikes, government orders, or similar events of force majeure.

• Changes or cancellations by airlines, transport companies, accommodations, or third-party providers.

• Personal circumstances such as medical conditions, allergies, or unmet special requests.

• Actions of participants, e.g. disregard of safety instructions or risky behavior.

We cannot guarantee any particular surf conditions, wave quality, or weather conditions. These factors are beyond our control and do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

7. Use of & Damage to Equipment

Please handle all materials provided by us (e.g. surfboards, wetsuits, yoga mats) with care. You are personally and financially liable for the loss or damage of rental equipment.

8. Changes & Adjustments

Your Dream Camp reserves the right to:

• Adjust or change programs, schedules, or services at any time, if necessary.

• Exclude participants from activities if safety risks exist or if their behavior is inappropriate — without any right to a refund.

9. Role of the Provider / Intermediary Activity

The provider acts exclusively as an intermediary between the customer and the accommodation. The provider is not responsible for carrying out the surf camp service itself.

10. Contracting Party

The contract for participation in the surf camp is concluded exclusively between the customer and Sable Beach House. The provider is not a contracting party to these services.

11. Commission Model

The provider receives a commission for its intermediary services.

​

12. Scope of the Intermediary Service

The intermediary service includes:

• Forwarding information about the surf camps,

• Assistance with the booking request.

Not included:

• Carrying out the surf camp or individual services,

• Package travel arrangements within the meaning of §§ 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).

13. Liability for Brokered Services

The surf camp provider alone is responsible for the proper provision of all surf camp services. Any liability of the provider for third-party services is excluded.

14. No Package Travel

The provider merely brokers surf camp services and does not offer any travel services of its own. No package tours within the meaning of §§ 651a et seq. BGB are offered or compiled.

15. Photo & Video Recordings

By participating in the surf camp, the participant expressly agrees that photo and video recordings of them may be taken during the camp. These recordings may be published and used by the organizer "Your Dream Camp" for its own promotional purposes, in particular on social media platforms, the website, and other marketing materials. Should a participant, in an individual case, not agree to publication, they must inform the organizer before the start of the camp.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. They supersede all prior agreements or communications.
